Have you ever thought of such a simple solution for all your stress and worry? We always give our power of reaction to someone else. The overthinking and our analysis on people and situations make our life full of worries, tensions, anxiety and stress.😩
But what if we do not react to a situation and stay calm and patient?
There are times where we encounter such times in our life where despite performing to the fullest with our healthiest capacity and full mindset ability we still do not get the desired results and keep overthinking on a particular scenario or situation which even does not matter for the others. It is only a creation of our own thought process. Basically, nothing exists if it does not matter to us deeply within us. Do you agree? Please do comment under blog yes or no.
To manage stress try to do this simple activity- Just simply ignore and do not ponder your mind over daily routine work problems and issues or situations. It is an assurance that this simple behavioural move will not only help you remain stress-free but you will feel lighter too.
How? There is a simple logic involved here, when you stop draining your mental energy towards so many things which actually does not matter at all, you will be more relaxed and calmer and will stop reacting to situations which drains your energy throughout the day and you even do not know about it!!
Let us understand it with a simple example. Whenever we have a fight with someone or an argument for just a "few minutes only" even on some minor problems, at the end of the day whether you have worked hard throughout the day or not, you will still feel physically drained!Have you also experienced such days? Yes, friends! That's the plan which never fails. So, let's understand what is meditation all about? To begin with, many of us would agree with me that meditation is a practice of sitting in a silent corner and only concentrate on positive thoughts. What are your thoughts on meditation? As a beginner, when we start, many of us are not able to concentrate only on positive thoughts otherwise we won't be doing it and ignore negative ones. Right? So how to do this? How to get rid of negative thoughts that keep coming up? Well, it is simple and simple things are the toughest to attain.
During meditation, we need to allow all types of thoughts that are going on our mind; no matter positive or negative. Let it comes. Meditation is simply knowing about one's own feeling and then build the power of acceptance for it, the way it is. If the thought is positive then consume it and let it spread entirely inside your mind, body and soul.

On the contrary, if the thought is negative, please allow it too. Do not suppress it. Analyse it deeply why it happened and how you could have controlled it. Understand what would you have done better or what next you can do about it. Consume it too. If you are feeling to cry out, shade some tears and relieve yourself from this thought. And finally, accept it the way it is. Repeat this process of consuming positive and negative thoughts that keep you happy and smiling but sometimes sad and heartbroken. But after this, it is sure shot that these particular thoughts will never create stress and anxiety for you because you already dealt with it.
